Mr.
McNabb served for 10 years on active duty as a Judge Advocate
in the United States Marine Corps before retiring from the
Marine Corps Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel. He began his
career as a civil litigator in 1991 and has focused his
practice on transportation, construction litigation and
premises liability. He is a graduate of the National Institute
for Trial Advocacy.
Mr.
McNabb is admitted to practice in the State and Federal
District Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the
Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr.
McNabb resides with his wife, Ireena and two children in the
Mr.Airy section of Philadelphia.
